The Aeroacoustics Specialists´ Committee (ASC) of the Confederation of European Aerospace Societies (CEAS) announces its 6^th International Workshop, to be held at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) in Athens, Greece. The Workshop subject will be the passage from CFD to CAA.

The workshop aims at providing a comprehensive survey of the state of art in the field of Computational Aeroacoustics (CAA) and provide the opportunity to scientists and engineers from industry, research establishments and universities to present new results, to exchange ideas and experience, and discuss directions of future research towards the long term objective of reducing flow generated noise.

The workshop will cover all aspects of CAA starting from the underlying Computational Fluid Dynamics techniques (CFD) up to examples of applications on engineering problems. Also of particular interest is experimental work supporting and complementing the progress of CAA. Therefore it is addressed to all aeroacousticians from the academic and industrial sector.
